Orders take 2-4 business days to process, which does NOT include shipping. Preholiday order times may vary depending on volume, but we do our best to keep to the four day time frame for processing.

Local delivery & curbside pickup available! These will be the most inexpensive options depending on your checkout.

Orders over $100 have free regular service shipping within the Toronto GTA area and some suburbs.

Larger box sizes or heavier orders may incur additional shipping charges, so please contact us for details.

Gustologia is not responsible for wrong shipping addresses or invalid addresses. Any returned items due to the wrong address being provided will be charged appropriately.

For international shipping, please contact us at info@gustologia.ca. While we can assist to ship to countries other than Canada, there are no guarantees that all food items will be accepted due to their very nature, and strict watch over importing foods.

gustologia WARM WEATHER SHIPPING in SUMMER MONTHS
Warm weather is chocolate’s worst enemy, and we want to ensure you are receiving your chocolate in the best condition to indulge. 

During the summer, we highly encourage shipping your chocolate to an address where someone will be able to receive the order immediately when it is out for delivery to avoid the chocolate melting if it is left outside in the sun.

Kindly be advised that no package will be shipped during a heat wave, high humidity or temps above 24 degrees C. Please allow additional time, and be patient!

Despite the special care taken in packaging our parcels, temperatures above 22°C (72° F) can cause significant degradation of chocolate. We will include an ice pack to offset warm temperatures (which will incur an extra cost), and therefore shipping will be slightly more expensive, also depending on weight.

Please note that we are not responsible for products damaged by heat in shipment, and refunds will not be given.

Covid 19 SHIPPING DELAYS
Our shipping partners are experiencing various delays related to the Covid 19 pandemic. Although we actively monitor any delays, and we do our best to meet necessary delivery dates, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Return Policy SHIPPING DAMAGES
Should you experience any damage, please take images of the damaged chocolate (packaging and chocolate) and email us at info@gustologia.ca and we will access the situation. A replacement or refund request must be emailed within 24 hours of delivery.
