Refund policy
As a retailer of perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us. We are here to help!
We have a 7 day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund. At such time we will respond withing 2 business days to your request to initiate our refund process. Please include images of your product and reasons for your dissatisfaction. Images are key to undertanding the issue and we cannot consider a refund without them.

Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We are not responsible for damages due to heat. Please see our shipping policies.
CANCELLATION
Any Orders
We strive to put our customers first, however things don't always go as planned. If an item or entire order has been processed via a credit card, any refunds will carry a service charge. This will automatically be deducted from a refund.
If items become unavailable or there are delays in shipping beyond our control, we will consider cancellation should a customer request it. However if an item has been picked, packed and on its way to shipping, we cannot honour a cancellation request, nor a full refund.
Custom Orders
Custom orders will not receive a full refund. Once product, papers, ribbons or boxes have been put into production, this cannot be undone. We will do our best to refund what is possible, but once a custom order is commenced, a 50% deposit will be automatically forfeited.
Other Refund Details
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it may take time for a bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Once an order is paid for and there is a refund requested on items due to a change of heart, we reserve the right to charge a service fee due to work already completed, or automatic credit cards fees.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items, promotional items, gift cards, event tickets or travel deposits.
