Togo Plateaux - NEW!
This extraordinary bean to bar chocolate is a new project from Banchini and features a mono origin bean gathered from the area of Togo Africa. This bean is cultivated in the co-operative of Kekeli around Mount Agou.
The fair trade chocolate has a low acidity. It is sweet, soft and has roasted Tuscan peanuts added to the back of the bar that gives a long, pleasing finish to the chocolate. The front has a gorgeous shine, with multi-faceted ridges to break into pieces.
